I had 14 Fry 2 weeks ago and one of them had no eyes. I let them free a few days ago thinking they would be ok.. I was wrong.. Some ended up in the filter media many were eaten and I now have about 3-4 left which seem to hide a lot.. I dont know the anwser to your question though sorry.

Personal choice, but I would say that you should cull them.

BTW; the fish were probably not 2 weeks overdue, gestation periods are not an exact science.

my molly has had fry for the past 5 months every 28 days this was either a new batch of fry from breeding or delayed pregnancy
thanks for advice

Gestation periods may also depend on other outside influences such as temperature (the weather is getting colder at the moment), hours of daylight (the days are getting shorter), food etc, etc. There are many factors which affect it. They may have been overdue however, just saying it is not 100% so.
