Molly Fry Stuck

My molly just had her second batch of fry, this time it was four versus three the first time. My question is there seems to be an egg stuck in the birth canal and it won't dislodge, now on both sides it looks alittle bruised. Can anyone help me or tell me what to expect? Thanks for any help you can give!

Hmmm. If she looks like its causing her alot of distress, and it wont come out, i would take a pair of tweezers, and gently pull it out. Other than that, i couldnt tell you. Sorry

Hi - Thank you for the advice. It doesn't look like it's bothering her, I think it's just bothering me cause I'm worried. If it should still be that way tomorrow, how should I proceed? Should I try to put her in a small bowl, I wouldn't want to hurt her accidentially with tweezers. Thanks again for your help.

Take her out and put her on a wet papertowl. Hold her down with a wet paper towl, and just pull. Dont use a dry one though, it will hurt her. I dont know what your time zone is, but if its almost bed time for you, then yes, wait till tommorow. But if its morning for you, wait about 3 hours, and if it is still there, take it off.
