So I have a pretty new tank. I had 9 mollies (3 males and 6 females) and 2 ghost shrimp. Here's a picture:

My favorite two were Sunny D, who was very energetic and fun to watch:

and Meatball who has really cool spots and his tail kind of looks blue in some light:

Anyway, I went to Santa Cruz last night and when I came back today Sunny D and another of the females were dead. I was pretty sad. Then I noticed that there were a bunch of fry in the water, which was weird because none of the females looked that pregnant. I don't have another tank or anything like that so I put 4 of them in a bag just now which I poked holes in and left floating in the tank. What I'm wondering is, if many of them survive, what can I do with them? Do some stores buy back or take in fish (especially around the bay area)? Also, is there a way to tell what the fry will look like or even what gender they are at this point? They all look like females right now.

Finally, I read online that you can buy green or even blue mollies. I know this is completely unrelated but does anyone know where this can be done?
