Hello I'm new to this site. I'm trying to find out how many weeks after the first batch of frys are born before another batch comes. My female mollie gave birth like 2 weeks ago and she is getting big aging. I want to be able to safe the fry this time... Please can someone help me out...

Livebearers have fry about every 3-4 Weeks.

Hmmm...you may want to let her have the babies in the tank, because if you move her in too soon, she can get stressed, and abort the pregnancy. If your tank has lots of plants, chances are some of the babies can hide in those. Then you can catch them as you see them. Also, some babies may survive anyway.
Another option, is if you have a seperate tank to move her into, that has no other fish, that would be best.

Thanks for all the web... I'm looking forward to having babies be born. I had one batch but the didn't make it. Just mostly because I didn't know what to do to help them out. I hope i do better this time. But I'm worried that I'm not going to be around to get the babies out in time. I guess i will just have to wait and see.
