Mollies

i have a 63 litre fluvel tank with
10 neon tetra
1 pleco (that will get rehomed)
4 tiger barbs
1 angel fish ( only looking after it for someone)
3 albino cories
i dont have any surface feeders here as you can see so i was wondering could i put mollies in there with the tiger barbs. oh yeah and i dont want sailfin i prefere lyretail or ballon mollies
if i cant put them in is there any othe top feeders i could put in

With the fish you already have, I don't think I would add any more (of any type). Just the tetras, barbs and cories have you pretty well stocked for a 16 gallon tank. Another issue with mollies is that they really prefer some salt which the other fish don't need.

If the tank is established and has been running for a while and you have good filtration and maintenance schedule, you could add a few more. One potential problem though is that in most cases, tiger barbs can be very aggressive. You would have to look for fish that they wouldn't harass to death.

i just thought i read some where that it is a common mistake that they actually dont need slat in the tank
