I have a tank with 3 (had 4) mollies, some danios and a cory cat. I have a bad outbreak of ick. Been changing between 20 & 50% water on daily basis. Moved temp up slowly. Added salt to the tank. It is now at 84. The heater I have doesn't want to move it much further then that.
I have added salt to the tank and have been using aquarisol daily. I keep the tank dark except when I check it. I found 15 baby mollies in there yesterday.
I caught the babies and put them in a fry tank hanging on the side. Can they stand the medicine I am treating with?
I have a 2 gallon but it has only a bubbler (no filter) and a heater that can't be adjusted above 76 or 78. Would it be better to place them and the catfish in the tank and treat the main one with salt added? The aquarisol doesn't seem to be working all that well. I lost the male yesterday and he had it pretty bad.
I also have ick rid (turns blue in water). Which med is better?
Please help. I would like to give these little kids a chance! I don't believe after these I will deal with black mollies anymore as everyone I know always has serious trouble with ick when the have them.

Remove the salt with water changes as cory cats don't handle the full dose of salt as they are scaless fish.
Add the correct amount of med back to water removed.
I would only half dose the whitespot med with having corys and young fry in the tank.
Have you increased aeration in the tank with the high temp and med, as it reduces 02 in the water.
