I have mollies that were born either last night or early this morning. Some of them look like the normal fry i have had before, but some still have a yolk sack attached. Some one suggested that they were born too early because i stressed the mother when i moved her? One is still in a ball shape, so i am really not expecting that one to survive. Any knowledge would be helpful

Sounds like premature babies. Shame on you for stressing the mummy out :)

Keep the babies with yolk sacs in a breeding trap or icecream bucket in the tank. Don't remove them from the water just use a small container to scoop them and the water up. The other babies that look like little versions of their parents (without the yolk sac) can be housed in another breeding trap or tank. Some of the more developed yolk sac fry might survive. It depends on how well developed they are. The one that still looks like a ball is probably doomed.

If you use an icecream bucket to hold the fry change some of the water with the tank water several times a day. You can aerate the bucket but only very gently. A tiny bit of water movement can help but you do not want the fry being knocked about or rolling around the bucket.

One more question, the fry are just sort of laying on the bottom of the breeder cage. every now and then they swim up but it seems like they are sort of resting? I can try and get another breeder cage but that wont be until tomorrow. (classroom tank) Will the fry be okay together until then? Thanks!

As long as no other fish can get to the babies they should be fine. Sometimes fish will pick at them through the bottom of the trap.
The ones lying on the bottom resting are doing just that, resting. They will do that for a few more days, then they should start to swim around.

Sometimes this does happen, the eggs that are full circle are no good...

The fry with egg sacks under them, they will use this to feed for next 24 hours.. (this is ok)

The other fry that aint, they are fine.
