Mollie With Huge Lumps

My mollie has got huge lumps all over its body and on its tail. They look internal as they are pushing its skin out in horrid lumps.
I dont know what to do? My other mollie has been itching itselfe on the decor. It goes up to to an ornament slowly then when it reavhes it it bolts off it realy fast.
Does any one know what could be the problem? Thanks, Joemuz

Need alot more info.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
What colour are the lumps.
Check the gills to see if there pale with excess mucas on them, or red and inflamed.
Do the lumps look hard or like there filled with fluid.
How often are the fish flicking and how many.
