help, my poor mollie isnt very well, he is swimming very unusual with his tail above him and is always floating to the top.I think its swim bladder, and also one of his eyes is popping out and is also cloudy with a few white spots what can i do to treat it, help me? i darent change the water because my tap water is high in nitrate and i find it hard to treat becuz my fish keep dying everytime i change.

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease not a desease in it's self.
The fish has swim bladder and popeye.
The white specks on the eye do they look like grains of salt.
