mmystery snail questions

i have 2 mystery snails and they are in the blackwater betta tank... not sure if blackwater is good for them?
also the yellow one has some cyanobacteria growing on him and it is hard coral-like and cant remove it. is it ok for him or no?

The mystery snails will be fine unless your water is very soft. I had problems with mine in my Discus tank, but once I moved them into a slightly harder aquarium, they were fine. Don't worry about stuff growing on them that just happens.

Pictures of the snail so we can see its shell?

What is the pH of the water?
If it's under 7.0, their shell will slowly dissolve away.
