What is the possibilities of pairing a male perc with a female black and white clown? Any chance they could get on with each other?

It is possible if the fish are young but if they are mature they generally don't associate with one another.
You can usually keep an orange ocellaris with a black & white ocellaris.
Personally I prefer not to cross species but if you only want it for show then go for it.

If you are referring to clarkii as the b&w then definitely no.

The fish in the picture is a black Amphiprion ocellaris. They come from Darwin in the Northern Territory, Australia. They are a black version of the normal orange ocellaris and can be kept together with the orange form.
They start out orange with a few dark brown markings on the front of their body and as they mature the orange gets replaced by the black colouration.
