Missing Fish

Hi Everyone


I have completed my fishless cycle and now have 10 small fish in the tank 3 Endlers 3 Threadfin Rainbow and 4 Harlequins they were all doing well everything seemed fine but when i got home yesterday one of my Harlequins has disappeared no trace of him anywhere any ideas ?

If its an external filter, check inside of it, if its an internal filter, check that he didnt get stuck behind it.

any plants or wood or anything in there. i had a ram dissapear and 3 days later i found him wedged under my wood and plants. still alive. and one of my neons in my sump tank lol

Also, harlequins would do better in a group of 6 more more, so id probably get a couple more.

I did a full search last night through all my plants, took the filter apart everything no sign

hmmmmmm. could of been eaten??? and the rest in the filter in bits

I could understand it being eaten if it had been unwell and died but when i left for work yesterday morning they were all darting around ok and the fish i have got are not aggressive STRANGE

I lost a glow-light tetra yesterday, had to take everything out which wasn't great, it had burrowed under the stones and into the media I have. I thought it had been eaten or gone in the filter but thank goodness it hadn't and now it's swimming around happy again.
