Missing Fish

My red tail black shark has gone missing! Just dissapeared!
Any one know what may have happened?

What kind of tank-mates? How big was he? Any strange activity before the disapearance? What are your water stats?

You may also want to check around and under decor and rocks........
My cousin had a 30gallon tank with mollies, and one went missing, turned out it went inside a BIG sunken ship and had babies, But it died in there....

Panic over, found it. It had jumped out of the back of the tank through a hole where the cables enter for the heater etc. Unfortunatly he has died. God knows how he jumped that high but he did. Found him under the tank stand.

Do you have any other of these sharks? Try securing the holes where he jumped out of.

does it have a lid over the aquarium? i know sometimes a fish will get scared and jump out of there aquarium.

my mom lost a betta once, when she was small, no signs of it anywhere until they moved. they moved the couch and there was a dry betta. poor thing.

I have covered the hole over now and there was only one shark in the tank. They are ment to be kept apart from any other shark of the same breed so i have been told.
