Missing Ember Tetra

So I brought four new embers yesterday and 3 new khulis. They all settled in great but now I can only find 3 embers. I fed them this morning and the fourth didn't come out for food so i'm thinking, after searching and searching the tank again, has anyone ever heard of a dwarf gourami eating an ember tetra? Because that's the conclusion I'm starting to reach. The inhabitants of the tank are currently one male dwarf gourami, 6 neon tetras, 4 khuli loaches, and 3 (possibly 4) ember tetras.

For anyone who's interested, the ember was definitely eaten. I just found his remains picked clean. Now which would be the culprit in my tank I ask you?

Well he may have been weak coming home from the store, not all are strong enough to make the stressful journey. He may have popped his clogs and the other occupants had some nibbling as is in their natural habit...Unless you start to lose more or see some untowards behaviour unsure who it could be..

The dwarf gouramis have really small mouths, mine are really peaceful an i have them with small tetras. The remains at the bottom will be from all the fish having a pick at him, fish eat fish.
