Hi ive had my tank about a week and added fish the next day i now know i shouldnt have most of them died today and i have had bacteria bloom ever since i added them and the water smells bad and i dont have a test kit yet i have been doing water changes every 2 days nothing has happend tho sum mornings it gets worse what should i do let it run the cycle or will my fish die

change 90% of the water right now, then 50% every day until you have read and understand "cycling" which you can find in the beginners resource section. (You will end up in a fish in cycle and be doing water changes daily to keep the water fresh and clean, until the filter can deal with it)

The damage might be done already, but then again you might save the rest of your fish. Do not add any more.

+1 The lock man. I have just fought out of a fish-in-cycle error due to being new and my LFS.

It's not too hard to get through just daily water change and tests and most of all keep on top of it.
