Miracle Betta!

I recieved my new betta today in the post & the bag it was in split mid-post when i recieved it the box was soaked!!! When i opened the box the fish was jumping up & down in a empty bag, i put it into its tank and it seems fine!

I think it was a miracle!!

Bettas are pretty hefty guys!! One of my buds had that happen to her too!

Eek! what a scarey package for you to open

As Bettas are air breathers they technically can survive being out of water so long as they are kept wet which is probably why he survived. Hope he settles in well after his bumpy ride

He is doing ok!! just got some live bloodworm for him that should perk him up a bit!! I will post some pics shortly
