My Ballon Molly fry are starting to 'sex out' and I just noticed that a few of the males have extremely large gonopodia (like half the length of their body). Is this just a side effect of their mutant lineage or is this normal and they will 'grow into them'?

She dropped these the day after I brought her home so there's no telling what kind of Molly she bred with. I had hoped to breed her with my Black Lyretail but she tried to kill him so she is now in a tank with just her fry. Thanks for the reassurance, I was beginning to worry that they'd have to join the carnival.
