Mimi's Arrival

Mimi arrived today.
She was packaged well and has been settling into the the community tank.
I am going to put her into one of the breeding traps so I can keep an eye on her for the next couple of days.

Here she is getting aclimatised...

I will post pictures once I have released her into the breeding trap.

Thank you for the picture. Your Betta fish looks very beautiful. I am contemplating whether to get another Betta fish or not, a female this time instead of a male, which died the day before yesterday.

She always has a stomach full of eggs lol cracker, she did when she was ere. I did nothing special. Although she was always near the same male i think he did it for her.

Although I have to add that when I saw this, I immediately thought of my MiMi.... Who is a 20.4 pound male cat..... His name is Merlin, and it's slowly become MiMi over time.

Preggy ?

I was a little worried when she arrived that something was a matter with her but she just has a big belly!
She has been released today with the other female bettas into the community tank. She is bossing the other females around. I was a little worried about her and her little 'nemo fin' but she has had no problems darting from one end of the tank to the other.
I will post some pictures of her later, when its not so bright outside because I get the reflection on the tank.

My camera isnt that good at taking pictures of fish, she moves too quick for me to take any of her mid water or near the surface.
