Milky Cloudy

Hi woke up this mornig to find my tank very cloudy with little whit dots with tails on the windows it feels slimy the pleco is eating lots of it wat is it how do i get rid of it i r ecently installed a fluval 104

Hydra maybe? didnt think they could controll the tank that fast but uhh do a google search on aquarium hydra and youll see some pics... as for cloudiness i have no idea
