Right after a while of debating and observing my tank to evaluate if it can take another fish. See my tanks about 25 gallons and has 2 occ clownfish and a 6 line wrasse.
So the choice is between a spotted mandarin and a midas blenny. See i never would normally go to choose a spotted mandarin but i have a reliable shop that only sells mandrains that eat frozen and ive watched them eat many a time and to make it better the mandarin that i would be buying would be out of a display that has been set up for best part of two years and to make it even better ive been watching it for ages and its in perfect health.
On the other hand there is the midas blennies which i think are brilliant and are a right lark to watch however i am aware that they can be a little bit 'tempermental' at times but i think they are awseome.
So the question i am asking people of the forum is what fish do you think i should get?

Midas blennies can be aggressive at times, but none of your fish are likely to be on the #### list. Really if the mandarin is feeding on frozen food, it's your call. :)

daym i was hoping someone would make this descision for me lol. Im just going to put it down to how much money i have at the time. Normally i would suggest maybe adding both but whenever i get to numbers of 5 fish things can go a bit out of it.

A spotted mandarin that eats frozen food is a damn rare find... might be best to take the opportunity. You could have both if you'd like... but keep a sharp eye out for deteriorating conditions.

well today i bought the midas blenny, just too nice a fish to let fly by and also i had £20 and the fish was £20. I dunno about both , mulling it over in my head really

yellowy gold with some lavender streaks but when it was aclimatising it had changed a greeny colour
