Mickey Mouse Swordtails?

Um I don't know if the mickey mouse swordtail are common or rare in aquarium trade because I can't find a picture of them on the interent so can anyone provid me a photo of the mickey mouse swordtail?

I knew the mickey mouse swordtails existed...I think they are hybrid between swordtail and mickey mouse platy. But I can't find photo of them anywhere. No negative answers please.

I know platy and swordtails can xbreed, so i would imagine there are some out there. but i doubt they would keep the mickey mouse pattern as i believe the MM pattern is from platty xbreeding. like a dalmation and a sunburst or similar is how we got MM's.
i've thought about getting some female wag tail and MM and trying to breed MMwagtail sunbursts, but that's just way too much to say.

It is possible for there to be Mickey Mouse Swordtails....I could have swore a while back there was someone who had a swordatil and it had babies that had mickey's on the tail or they saw something similar in the LFS....

They do exist, they arent as common as the platies though. Platies and Swordtails are genetically almost indistinguishable. With the MM pattern almost over-saturating the market now in platies I wouldnt be surprised if some lfs are selling the sword versions but they dont look quite as good because of the different body shapes and the male swords make it look even worse. If you want some though buy a swordtail with similar body coloration and some female platies with the MM, eventually you'll have your MM swords.

I have 2 female swords in my community tank that both have the Mickey Mouse marking on the tails.Both have had babies but until the fry are bigger i cant tell how well the markings have carried. I'll try and get a pic of them if they stay still long enough!

Ive got a mickey mouse platy not sure if its a swordtail though by sword tail i pressume you mean it has the longer tipped tail?
