Methylene Blue And Bettas

i have 2 bettas, one veiltail and one crowntail...each in their own 2 gall tank with a silky live plant and cave..i have just bought a bottle of methylene blue...i have no filter..my questions are:

1) how much and how often should i use methylene blue

2) how often should i do water changes and by how many percent with the added methylene blue?

you dont need methylene blue, just 100% water changes every 2-3 days and you bettas will be fine.
