Messed Up Rainbow...

I have a dwarf rainbow fish that is swimming upside down and fluttering about. I am going to do a quick water change, what else may I want to do. No ammonia or nitrite is present in the tank....

Not sounding good i'm afraid.
Is the fish bloated up in the tummy area.
What do you feed the fish.

Ocean nutrition Formula one... the fish did end up dieing...
