sorry if this is silly but I think I read some place that one or the other is beneficial to plants....
Is this true (dont have a source)
I'm curious because My tank thats not high tech the hornwort in it was bristling and just a massive amount compared to my high tech...

I was adding 10ml a day to help my fish...
