Melafix On Scaleless Fish

can i use melafix on kuhlis? their skin looks like its peeling up and my bettas scales are also peeling. one of my bettas mouth is starting to grow white stuff on it. it showed up overnight so im guessing it might be the kuhlis i added yesterday?
