My Betta has blown his fin again, He was moved into a tank with proper filtration and lighting, from a 1 gallon bowl. He lives with two Panda Corys. I used media from an established tank to cycle this tank, It has only been running for two weeks. If I add Melafix will it kill the Beneficial Bacteria because it's Antibacterial mediaction? The instructions say it won't harm beneficial bacteria but I thought I'd check.

No,it will be fine :) Just go easy on the melafix as it tends to suffocate bettas a bit.

Good advice.
Most meds reduce the amount of oxygen that water is capable of carrying, so it's important to ensure good aeration during treatment.
