I saw this on the Aqua Essentials Website and wondered if it's any good?

I just wondered. As surely it must be better to treat from the inside? I was going to use it against bacterial diseases in the future instead of the water treatments and I thought maybe it would be better?

It isn't an antibiotic so it won't treat fish tb.

I bought it when my kribs got an internal infection and stopped eating. i needed them to eat as they were becoming emaciated to try and fight it and they ate this, though out of 5 fish i lost two, where i could have lost them all. The flake contains garlic which most fish love anyway and it helps to stop parasites attaching as they dont like the garlic taste. It doesnt kill infections but if you can get your fish to eat then thats half the battle. You have to feed it continuosly for at least two or three weeks.
