Dyno tuned on an S300!

very nice mate acura's are very nice. its what we know as the integra over here! haha is it the same spec as the type R being the gsr? do you have to ragg it for the vtec to get any kick? never had mine dyno'd but would be interesting to see what 16 years and 147k has done to the engine. out the box there about 190hp (fly) which is prolly similar to what yours is pushing but they have about 170lb/ft torque which is very cool!

If I floor it in 1st gear, the second Vtec hits the tires just break loose and I have no traction!

The car now vs. a stock Type-r; it would be a dead even race!

170 lb/ft torque would be nice! I only have 125 right now.

I just can't wait until I do the engine build this summer along with the GT35r turbo! I should make around 600 whp... well, that is what everyone else makes with that setup.

oooo 600 whp veryyy nice mate, bet that will boogie.. well maybe wont until about 3rd cog and you might get some traction, you gonna 4wd it somehow or stick with fwd? lsd from factory on the type r aint they? dunno how good they are, sure if your doing all this to the engine you will be going for a peolquin (sp?) diff and different box.

I am looking to have from 500-600 whp.

Stock tranny with and LSD! Bigger axles. Stock trannys can hold out on these rather well. Stage 3 or 4 clutch.

I am sticking with fwd, with the LSD, there is going to be TONS of torque steer! lol Me and my buddy just looked at a boosted GSR last night, running on a GT35r (same turbo I am getting) but he was on 11 pounds of boost and was making 365 whp! I will be running up near 23 pounds of boost!

A type r LSD are really good!

I am going to be running on E85, not sure if they have that where you are from? It is 110 octane, so I will be able to remain with 10:1 compression with out pre-detonation.

dunno if anyone has read it but a copy of MCN where they have found a load of the foggy petronas bikes in a lockup in essex they all look mint lined up lol. im not massivly into bikes because i cant ride one! i tried and failed lol. the best fuel i have seen over this side of the pond is Shell VPower and its 105 or 106 ron, appt tesco were supposed to be getting a 110ron but i have never seen it! and with fuel prices being £5-00 gallon its not mint to be running powerful cars over here!
