Mbuna Set Up

Hi there just joined your site it looks great, im owen from England ( London ).I have a tropical set up at the moe, but wanted to set up a mbuna tank, the tank i have is a 47gal ( 210l ) height 24.4 inc width 39.8 inc depth 19.7 inc would this be ok if so how many could i stock it with and what sort of numbers any help would be great cheers.

I have tropical at the moe, but want to change to cichlids,i have 10 neons, 5 red plattys, sunset plattys, 2 plecs, 4 tiger barbs.

kool, well ive got 6 red bellied pirahnas, 1 electric blue lobster, i plec, a sorta moon fish and some red firemouth cichilids!! i did have two tiger oscars but they got too huge and we had to return them to the shop, but they had sold within a week and we know that they went to a good home.
