I have decided to use my 55 gallon tank which have my mbuna's in (5 afra, 5 labs) as a breeding tank.
I have a dilemma.
My 100 gallon i want for tangs has only 1 single comp and a juliana at present due to just waiting for the right fish i want (tangs ).
So where do my afra's and labs go?
I could trade them in but i have become quite fond of them or in with the tangs.
It's a fair size tank and my plans are to have some more comps and shellies and some skools of fish of 20 odd.

A friend of mine had a comp and the mbuna's just scrapped around him and if one or two tried a nip the comp chases them around the tank. :hyper:

So My question is this....Just 5 labs and 5 afra's in a 100 gallon tank with tanks.?

mmmmmm!!!!!

You could try it if you are prepared to keep a careful eye on things and are also prepared to return problem fish at a moments notice.

You might be lucky and things could be fine but the flip side is it could be a disaster.

If you are able to monitor things carefully and are prepared to return fish if necessary - it's worth a try. :good:
