Mating Behaviour?

After a week in my 20 gallon my 2 dwarf gouramis which i presume are male have started to settle down and have marked their territories. However i have noticed that they both swim to the bottom at the same time with their backs curved and start gently hitting each other with their tails. What is this behaviour?

Well breeding behaviour is normally circling each other then male then leads back to the bubble nest

The one is really colourful, the other not so but has a pointed dorsal fin, however when the fin is erect it goes down in a straight line.

Just a note, females are more of a silvery color, and males are very bright and colorful

Agreed both male, so not mating behaviour but aggression
