A while ago a user on this forum posted about what I think was a japanese company that created an outdoor river aquarium right outsides someone's house. In the family room there was  window that allowed you to see under the river water level to see the aquarium and what goes on inside. It was really cool and I forgot what it was called. I want to see it again but can't remember it. Please help. Thanks

Oh yeah, I remember that.... cant for the life of me remember what site it was on.... Let me look

I cant find it! its gone, but I know which river you mean, If I ever come across it I will let you know.

William Shatner did a renovation a while back which, I think, included a watercourse in his living room.

Perhaps this is what the OP is referring to?

I don't believe so. I think it was in japan or china, some asian culture. I remember it was a flowing river, about 10 feet across, (width, not length) and it wrapped around 2 sides of his house. There was a viewing window in the family room that allowed you to see it from a side view.
