My maroon appears to be missing pieces of a copule of fins...What's doing it? I saw him messing with one of the Emerald crabs last night (mouthing the outstretched claws), is that probably what did it, or the Shrimp?

probably the CBS though i have never seen one actually catch a fish. If yur clown is sleeping on the sandbed at night it is most likely hte CBs and i would get rid of it. THose things are killers. Also yur lion will eat it eventually so it would just be a expensive meal

Yeah, i noticed something (the maroon prolly) dug a pit in the sand behind some LR. I guess that's where he's sleeping, and it's the same rock that the shrimp stays at all day. I'll prolly have to get rid of it since I'm pretty sure he also killed the Occillarus (sp?) that I had first. What's the best way to catch him?

with a net silly  i would use a coke bottle trap. Cut the top off a soda bottle. Like right above where the sticker is. Then turn it around and tape it back on. Put some food inside and it shud work

Coral shrimps are easily overlooked in a tank. They are extremly aggressive and territorial. I have seen them catch and eat chromis and also they think nothing of cornering cleaner or peppermint shrimps to have them for lunch.

yeah...guess he's gonna have to go :/ I thought he wuz supposed to be a cleaner type shrimp when i got him. It wasn't until after I had him that i started reading up on him, guess I learned my lesson

Coral shrimp do perform a limited cleaner service but to be honest its very risky. If you want an active shrimp that shows interaction with fish by offering cleaning services then get a single cleaner shrimp or 3 blood shrimps. (Bloods act as cleaners but only get bolder in larger numbers)

cleaner shrimps are awesome. If u put yur hand in the tank it will clean yur hand. Unfortunately i think Navarre may have overlooked the fact that u have a lionfish. I have only seen 1 cleaner shrimp survive with a lion. Mostly they just get eaten.
