i was wondering if anyone has this tank and happens to keep a betta in it.

how does it do with the filter current?? ive bought the tank a while ago but my betta has been in it without the filter running because they dont like currents...

his tank is getting dirty realy quickly even though im careful about feeing and not letting any food get to the ground.

i may set up the filter but i was wondering first if anyones had any luck with it... its one of them filters that goes in the hood.

i use this particular tank, and the bettas don't seem to struggle against the currents to much. i have the corner tank and the hex tank. my boy storm likes to hang out under the in take, i think he sleeps there and lets the intake hold him in place, lazy betta.

on a personal note i am not two fond of these tanks because there filter parts require more matince then the mini bow tanks i use.
may i also sugest once you get the filter a mystery snail, they don't reproduce like the smaller ones. (in my case not at all i am trying to breed the little brats) and they will take care of left over food. thats just my personal thing though it is not nessacarry.
