I’ve found a tank kit, it is 48" by 15" by 12" 
it consists of a tank, wood melamine box lid, external filter, salt, test kits, thermometer, sand and polystyrene is that all you need to set up a small fish only tank. it is very cheap a only £220 
but you must need more than that
