Marble Hatchetfish

How many of these could be put into a 20gallon US tank?
What would be suitable to go in with them?

They stay pretty small at about an inch so you could get say 7 hatchets, 7 mid swimming tetras and 6 corys in a 20 gallon easily. Or if you just wanted hatchets i'd say about 12 because they all stay in the same area of the tank all the time, surface and top 6 inches.
