what are best males in your opinion:
Guppies?
Mollies?
Platys?

thanks x x x

hmmmm im not an expert at all but with my platys like the blue mm males if i didn't have a female for each of them at least the one would pick on the other and was quite ornary with my other colored platys...i think its the same with guppies too, all males = fights....i don't know much about mollies at all...but maybe someone else can jump in and say about males and numbers...

Mollies prefer brackish or hard and alkaline water. If you don't have that, rule them out.

Guppies and Platies can be kept in all male groups, but it should be at least 5 fish to spread out aggression. Some males will simply not tolerate all male groups. It's going to be trial and error with this, so you should make sure you have a seperate tank for a male, or you are able to take him back. I'd personally go with Platies in that tank, simply because you have some fin nippers that may bother your Guppies.

guppys definately.
you should try having fry.it is a great opotunity to make money and keep some
lovely males but most of all to keep thier generation running.
thanks

yeh but the reason i dont want babies is i hate to see them being eaten by all the other fish in there plus last time i had them i couldnt get rid of them anywhere even for free!!
