Male Swordtail Stressing Female

I have a male pinapple swordtail, and 3 female swordtails together. I made sure to have the 3-1 ration, but the male only chases one female around and ignored the others. she has plenty of places to hide but never does, and shes also pregnant. Is this normal??

If she's pregnant, it's normal. They secrete pheromones which the males like. However, the others should be pregnant soon too, if they are all in with the male. If she's heavily pregnant, it's possible the male is trying to stress her out into dropping her fry, or aborting them, so he can have a quick snack.
