Male Pearl gourami

Hmm, I don't know if this is normal or if there is some problem going on but my male pearl gouramis feathery bottom fins have started to break off Does that happen to maturing males or is there something wrong?

I can't see anything else visibly wrong with him or any of the other fish.

These fins are very easily damaged so it could be bad water quality or bullyng.
