my male is really pestering my preggnant female guppy, i really didnt want to seperate her as i wanted to let nature take its course with the fry.

is she safe in the tank with him?

at the minute i have 1 male and 2 females

it is sometimes best to have 3+ females to one male to reduce aggression and spread it out
what size is the tank?

tanks is a 15 gallon, i think i may add one more female

He's probably doing that to stress her into having the fry, so he can eat them, or so he can mate with her. If you want nature to take its course, you can leave him in. But if she gets really really stressed out, it may be best to either take her or him out. After all, you don't want the female to die...
