Male Ballon Mollies Fighting

I have 6 ballon mollies (4 females and 2 males) and the 2 males keep on fighting. I know I have the ideal male/female ratio. What could they be possibly be fighting over? Are they being territorial? I know the one had one female that he always following around not really bothering her just swimming together.
