Malachite Green Stains

I was treating my tank for ich and not it is all clear but the silicons are blue. Anybody has any idea how to get rid of this awful looking stain ?

There really is no way to get the staining out. Once it is there it is there. Now over the course of years it may eventually lighten, however when using Malachite Green people often warn that it stains things, especially silicone.
