Making Your Own Food?

Hi guys, Im a butcher!!! no thats not all, basically i have a customer who often buys beefhearts for his dogs. Obviously being myself i started to think of all the possibilities regarding ingredients my profession offers me(mainly beefhearts lol) and considered making my own food for my fish.

I have some Denisoni Barbs amongst others and just recently aquired some l134 pleco's which im sure would love some high protien food now and again as a treat.

My idea was to make some of these beefheart food myself and have read about making the stuff, so just wondering if anyone has either made any of these, used the stuff or what would you think of adding to the mix???

any ideas, input or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
