Major Ick Problem

Hi, my dad's tank has about 10-12 fish in there, including loaches and plecos, I have a MAJOR ick (ich) whatever it's called, I'm at a loss of what to do, it's spreading very fast and my one loach is covered with the white spots,.... I heard you have to be careful with the medicine with scaleless fish (loaches, etc)
So what do I do?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Add a whitespot med to the tank. Make sure you can use the full dose with the fish you keep.
As with some meds you have to half dose with sensitive, and scaless fish.

Raise temp to 30.
Increase aeration. As the high temp and meds reduces 02 in the water.
Remove black carbon from filter if you use it.
