Maharaja Barb Fat & Gasping

Hello,

One of my Maharaja/khavli Barbs looks considerably fatter than the other 5 and is gasping constantly.

Anyone any idea what could be wrong?

Water stats would be good in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Dosn't sound good to be honest, not much to do only try and get the bloated tummy down with an epson salt bath and that could finish the fish off.

I'll get the tank stats tonight but normally the water quality is fine as I'm constantly checking it due to some of the sensitive fish I keep.

The fish doesn't seem to be in too much of a state, just casual gasping, but it's not eating this morning. How do these epson salt baths work and how effective are they?

Results seem okay:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
PH: 8
GH: 160
KH: 110

The barb is still alive and doesn't seem bothered apart from breathing more rapidly, and I haven't seen it eat yet.
