Madagascan Reed Fish

I have a madagascan reed fish in a 90L Freshwater setup but would like to know if he could go in my main 4ft panoramic tank. The inhabitants i am most worried about are my small shoal of 6 Glowlight Tetras and My dwarf aquatic frog. Thanks in advance for the help
