As far as I know (and someone can confirm or deny this) as long as the tank is cycled you should be ok. From what I have been told they are relatively hardy and easy to feed so you should be fine.

How did you manage to fit 190kg of live rock in 420litres?
Im surprised there is any decent amount of space left.
