lymphocystis???

I have at least three mollies with these round bumps. Is this lymphocystis? If so, will it just run its course? This is a closed breeding tank; no new fish have been introduced; however, I did put some cherry shrimp in there.

Anyone have an idea?

Those almost appear to be tumors. I'm not sure if that is curable.
