Lymphocystis? Any Idea Anyone

This white pimple like protrusion is on my golden wonder killifish, but on both sides. From online i think it might be lymphocystis but i have no idea.

Are you sure that it didn't stab itself n something sharp and that is just a wound as it doesn't look like lymphocystis to me

Would treat for Finrot and Fungus with something reliable, e.g., with eSHa 2000. The damaged fin is a clue that this is likely a secondary infection.
