I have recently added a danio to my tank which has been established for 2 months

Im worried it is ill as I have noticed it does not act like my other fish.

The water quality is fine

The fish floats at the bottom at is eating very little. The tail hangs below the head and the fish hardly moves. The danio is still very small, very thin and smaller than my minnows. On its side it has two white lumps that look like there are air pockets under the skin and around the 'buldges' are pale red lines.

Is this sign of disease and if so what should I do. Unfortunately I have been unable to take a good enough picture of the fish.

I would be grateful of any help you could give.

Thank you

Sounds like it could be a bacterial infection. What are the water parameters? Without these numbers, we can only guess what's wrong. What size tank? Other tank mates?
